Overall Appearance: She is somewhat short, has a Thin oval face, short chopped looking black hair, bright blue eyes, and she usually wears a bright red lipstick to outline her wide toothy smile. She has a few piercings and tattoos, but the first thing people usually notice about her, is her almost wild look which is partly caused by her hair's casual disarray and a certain coldness in her eyes.
Personality: Elvira is a rude, ruthless and coldhearted person. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. She does, however have a strong sense of self-preservation, and she will do just about anything, including betraying anyone and/or everyone, if it means she gets away with the least amount of pain possible. She joined Voldemort's side just so she could cause more death and destruction. When torturing muggles, she usually makes them disgrace themselves, thinking she will show mercy, but she always kills them in the end. Although she don't like to follow orders, she will listen to Voldemort without question, knowing she will get to have her fun in the end.

History: Elvira's earliest memory is being taken to a mental hospital because of her enjoyment of other people's pain. Before she went to Hogwarts, she spent most her time torturing cats and frogs, until it got to the point that all animals avoided her. When she finally did go to Hogwarts, she was quickly sorted into Slytherin, and she met a few people there that shared her interest. She was very careful in school, not to get caught torturing the younger students, and when she returned home after her seventh year, her parents kicked her out.
Not taking life as an adult very well, she was unwilling to find a job, and lived for a few months by killing muggles and living in their houses, until she was caught by muggle police and disapperated. Wanted by the ministry, she went back to her parents house, and when they refused to help her, she killed them.
One night, she heard several screams of anguish, and went to investigate. It was then that she found some death eaters torturing muggles for sport. She immediately began to work her way into being one of Lord Voldemort's loyal followers.
Family: Greg and Martha Deltoth, both deceased.
