Overall Appearance: Vivy is of average height, with long dirty-blonde hair that falls in a wave, and is a complete pain to brush. She prefers to leave it loose, but will tie it in a bun when it gets irritating. She’s not very good at tying buns, and the usual effect is a lump of hair on the back of her head with loose strands falling into her eyes. She refuses to give up. Vivy has sharp cheekbones and slightly hooded blue eyes, which usually fall into a half-open daze when she daydreams. She has slight issues with her weight, and prefers to hide her body under jumpers and cardigans, paired with jeans. He love for food has led to the weight problem, as it tends to fluctuate after she comfort eats. She dislikes wearing makeup, except for the times when she will have a sudden outbreak of acne. Vivy has been told that she has a lumbering walk, though she refuses to believe it.

Personality: Vivy has a rather confident and confrontational personality, with a talent for dramatics and singing. She likes to think she’s funny, and always has a smile, being generally cheerful. She can be bossy and arrogant occasionally, and her sarcasm can be hurtful. If someone offends her she will let them know, and will use words to beat them rather than fists. She isn’t very good at knowing when she’s gone too far in a joke or insult, but is very good at making up with people once she’s hurt them.

She tends to put things like homework off, completing them the night before, and dislikes having to complete assignments as she believes in creativity, leading to her lack of involvement in any classes. Despite this, she is a natural academic, excelling at written work and always completing homework to the highest of her ability. She’s a very supportive friend, and completely accepting of everyone, partially due to her herself being bisexual.

 
Likes: Vivy likes to sing, and has no issue with showing off her voice. She likes to write songs, and eat when she feels upset.
Dislikes: The fact that she blushes whenever she is complimented. She also dislikes Arithmancy and Flying. Far too much math and physical exercise. She is also extremely scared of heights, due to her brother’s accident. Vivy dislikes authority, and being told what to do.
Strengths: Vivy is a strong academic, with a natural affinity for the arts. She is also a very good singer, if she does say so herself.
Weaknesses: Vivy has difficulty with sticking to things that she doesn’t have natural affinity for, like Flying and Potions. She has a difficulty dedicating herself to something if she doesn’t like it, and can be selfish.

History: Vivy grew up in a caring house, with her mother, her father and her brother. She started showing signs of magic from around 7, with little acts of accidental magic like turning things different colours and summoning them. Her parents were slightly worried, but hoped that things would become clearer once she grew older. When she was 9, her 15 year old brother died in an accident. He was exploring a construction site with his friends, and fell when the wall broke as he was leaning against it. This visibly affected her family, though they tried their best to stick together. Her parents began fighting more, but stayed together for Vivy’s sake. Vivy became more abrupt and distant from her family, and crueller.

When she went away to Hogwarts, her parents began fighting more and more. Without Vivy as a buffer, their arguments became bitterer and bitterer, until finally they divorced in her fourth year. But without the constant negativity, Vivy’s attitude became better, and she would spend Summer Holidays alternating between her parents houses. But her past distance led to her having few friends at Hogwarts, though she did have acquaintances. Her dad remarried to a lovely woman, but her mother remained single.
