Overall Appearance: Rosa is short and curvy, with high cheekbones and bangs. She appears younger than her already young age, except in her eyes, which seem slightly haunted. She usually wears dresses and tights, and loves Muggle clothes, usually choosing to wear them when she’s not forced to wear her robes.
Personality: Very bubbly, she has an affable demeanor, and is easy to make friends with. She’s very protective of her students, especially the ones who aren’t very good at herbology yet she feels try the hardest. She has a lot of empathy for the underprivileged, and spends lots of time growing medicinal plants for Madame Pomfrey. She’s also quite observant, letting her notice when her students are struggling.

History: Rosa had a close relationship with both of her parents which continues to this day. She was an only child, and grew up in a small cottage in Scotland. Her mother was a witch, while her father was a muggle, and she exhibited little magical inclinations as a child so both of her parents thought she was one too, until her Hogwarts letter came when she turned 11. She was very frightened to go to Hogwarts without her precious parents, but her mother convinced her to by telling her of the wonderful adventures she would have there.
While at Hogwarts she fell in love with a boy named Andrew, a half-blood who was a year ahead of her. They bonded over their love of plants, and would spend many hours together in the greenhouses with Professor Sprout. His last year, however, he died, inspiring her to teach Herbology in his memory. It took her a long time to heal from the loss of him, and was compounded with the death of her father when she was 18. It brought her and her mother even closer together, and her mother encouraged her to take the position as an apprentice to Professor Sprout. When the Professor passed away she was again crushed, as she had been like a second mother to her, but decided to keep the full time position as a way to mother students as Professor Sprout had her.
