He has a sort-of long nose, pale eyes, and a handsome smile which makes him look gentle (which he is).
Personality: Declan is very sagacious, caring, patient, and easy to talk to. He forgives and forgets and never holds grudges. He’s a fun, laid-back teacher but can be firm when needed. He could never be harsh or cruel to his students, though.

History: Declan had a good childhood. He was quite free to do what he pleased and that was always learning Astronomy. He was always overprotective of his sister, and loved her very much. When he was 20 years old, Death Eaters killed both of his parents, leaving him and Roselle alone. He took care of her then, and would have to until she became an adult.
At Hogwarts, his favorite subject was Astronomy, so he wanted to be able to have an occupation where he'd always be able to study the moon and stars. He got his wish, teaching Astronomy at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
