Hair: Dark brown, almost black in waves past her shoulders.

Overall Appearance: Christiane has clear, pale skin from the lack of sunlight that she has received. She stands at an average height of 5'5" but makes sure to never slouch. Her dark hair is always perfectly curled and she wears dark clothing. Her whole wardrobe consists of skirts and dresses of various dark shades of colours, from red to green to grey to just plain black. Living with her father, she and her brother were expected to always dress smartly and appropriately, so for girls- no trousers.
Personality: Christiane has been taught by her father that girls are inferior to boys in their world. As a female, she is expected to do what her father and her brother tell her. She had trouble with this at first, but learnt to do what she was told pretty quickly. She is quite shy and constantly worries that she might let slip her family's secrets- vampires are not very well liked among wizards or muggles. She lets herself be controlled by her elder brother, who can be spiteful and callous towards her, often hitting her around the head and calling her names when they are at school, as she fears that he will write to their father and tell him that she is causing trouble.

History: Christiane was born dead. She has never known what it's like to be a normal child. She was born on the 31st of October 1992. As that date is Halloween, her father should have been thrilled that his child was born on such an important occasion for her kind. But he wasn't. He had wanted another son, to keep his first child, Sebastian, company. But instead he had gotten a girl. From the day she was born, Christiane had been a disappointment.
Both of her parents were vampires, though her father was a pureblood, her mother had wizarding roots in her family tree- this resulted in both Christiane and Sebastian having both vampiric traits, and wizarding powers.
When Christiane was 5, her mother ran off with a werewolf, leaving her family behind. Her father was devastated, though it didn't last very long because what did the Prince of Darkness have to be upset about? He occupied himself with planning for when his favourite child, his son and heir Sebastian, would take over the world. Her mother's name was banned in the house, and Christiane was not allowed to discuss her.
Christiane has a strong bond with her sibling, Sebastian. He is just like his father, and can be cruel and sadistic when he wants to be- often towards her. But he also has a soft and caring side, where he looks out for his younger sibling. She decided that it balanced out the bad and the good, but she knew that her brother couldn't wait to become King of the Vampires.
They used to live in Transylvania- the home of the vampires- until her father bit too many people and they got chased out by an angry mob of people. Since then, she lives with her brother and father and their servant, Renfield, in a castle in North Wales. Due to this relocation, her family are not registered with the Ministry of Magic, which is why nobody knows that she is a halfbreed. She knows that it is vital that nobody finds out, as the Death Eaters are trying to recruit vampires and Umbridge doesn't let halfbreeds attend Hogwarts. This has been drilled into her head so that she knows not to let anybody find out.
During the school holidays, their father teaches them his own kind of lessons like how to fly and what to do when your fangs set in. How to find out your favourite blood type and how to drain people completely. Christiane hated those kind of lessons, but she didn't want to let her father down anymore, and she wouldn't dare defy him.
At school, Christiane is a nobody. She doesn't have friends, she rarely goes to classes and when she does she doesn't pay much attention. When they aren't in lessons, Christiane stays close to her brother, following him and his friends around. He doesn't seem to mind that much as it gives him more ammo to hurt her with, but it also makes sure that he can keep an eye on her and makes sure that she doesn't get into any trouble.
In her second year at Hogwarts, a group of boys picked on Christiane for many different reasons. One day, she lost it and flew at one of them, holding him against the wall by his neck until the life drained out of him. She had killed a student and that was why her brother had to keep a special eye on her. All of the students that had spectated had their minds wiped of that particular moment, and she did her best to make sure that there wouldn't be a repeat performance, though she stuck by her brother to be sure. The professors at the school aren't aware of their halves, but she guesses that some of them probably have an idea.
