Quidditch was a fun sport for Bobbie. It was a hobby more than anything else. It was a good workout and she enjoyed how good it made her feel. She had been accepted onto the Slytherin Quidditch Team the previous year, so was one of the youngest players, having only been a second year, but she still felt that she was just as good as the other players were.
She had found out when the pitch was free and had decided to bring her broom down and have a few hours practice on her own while her sister Blythe was busy with an extra class or something. A lot of people didn't know that they were twins or if they did, then they forgot. The Fox twins took this as an advantage as it meant that they were able to trick people more easily.
Once she was on the pitch, she mounted her broom and kicked off the ground, pushing herself high up into the sky. She held onto her broom with one hand and flicked her wand with the other hand. Blue sparks flew from her wand and formed various obstacles in the air. She tucked her wand into the waistband of her jeans then let go of her broom with both hands, steadying it with her knees. Bobbie quickly and expertly tied a scalp plait down one side of her hair to keep it off her face. Then she held onto her broom and leaned forward, accelerating forward.
The third year loved the feel of the wind against her face as she swerved in and out of the obstacles she had formed. She leaned closer to the broom and narrowed her eyes, focusing on the finish. She had been creating various obstacles for a while now, and she timed herself to see if she could continue improving by beating her record. She was determined to beat it again- though it had been her fastest time yet, which meant that she had to keep going, even if she got tired.
