Character Name: Hannah Abbott
Date of Birth: February 16th, 1980
Age: 18
Occupation: Student
Hair: Dirty blonde, shoulder length; usually worn down or in a ponytail.
Eyes: Blue-Green
Height: 5'6"
Overall Appearence: On first glance, Hannah seems quite bland. There isn't much that sets her apart in a crowd. She has a normal height, an average build; nothing too fancy. Her face is something that one may call 'sweet': heart-shaped and dotted with small freckles. Her eyes are a blue-green color, framed with faint smile lines. She is quite thin, though it isn't in a way that would provoke concern. She hardly ever bothers with any sort of unnecessary beauty product, which probably adds to the overall vanilla appearance.
Likes: Her family, Nature, Friendship, Muggle Culture, Chocolate Frogs, Helping Others, Spring weather.
Dislikes: Conflict among people she cares about, Not being able to help others, the act of manipulation, History of Magic, exams.
Strengths: Listening to others, advice, art, healing practices, Herbology, Care of Magical Creatures.
Weaknesses: Tends to trust people too easily, Gullible, Easily frightened, doubts herself and her abilities.
Overall Personality: Hannah Abbott is as optimistic as the sun in the sky. She doesn't have that many strengths that will help her in what is to come, though her optimistic mindset and her loyalty to her friends set her apart from most. Even though she isn't normally a catalyst in a fight, she will stick up for a friend without a second of hesitation. She isn't openly social, preferring to have a few close-knit friends rather than a large group of acquaintances. She is a worrier, and is prone to overthink about things. She often looks up to others and wishes she were braver or stronger, not taking her own strengths into account.
Parents: Matthew and Rose Abbott
Siblings: None
Other Family Members: None.
History: Hannah Abbott was born unto Matthew and Rose Abbott in Manchester. She was a very happy child, quickly learning the values of patience, compassion, and kindness. She is a Half-Blood, causing her to earn a respect for Muggles and Magicals alike. Having seen the two as equals since birth, the young girl grew to protest anybody that said otherwise. As the girl grew up, she began to find an interest in helping others. One of her earliest memories is helping a group of ducks who had found themselves covered in oil from a factory down the road from her house. She had (with help from her parents) cleaned up the ducks and fed them, remembering the joy she got from that.
During her early years in school, it was obvious to her that she wasn't the brightest in her class. She started by studying more, hoping that she'd pick it up in time. When she didn't, she started to panic. She feared that she'd fail her OWLs, and in turn not be able to follow her dreams of helping others on a large scale. She became quieter and less bubbly during this time, using ever last drop of her energy into studying and practicing, using her optimism to hope for the best and 'make-do' with whatever happened.
Extras: I would like to request her to still be a Hufflepuff, if that's possible. If not, I totally understand.
