Overall Appearance: Since Fleur is a quarter Veela, she is seen as stunningly beautiful. Slender and willowy, and with an air of grace such that she seems to glide instead of merely walk. She had fair skin, and even, white teeth, and tended to make everyone else dim in comparison to her.
Personality: Fleur was known to be quite conceited, and considered herself above the rest of the world. She did however, have genuine love and concern for her sister Gabrielle, as shown in the second tri-wizard challenge. ALthough she thought very highly of herself, Fleur was warm and caring, taking care of Bill’s wounds, and fretting over the safety of those closest to her.

History: Fleur grew up in France, and attended Beauxbatons academy along with her younger sister Gabrielle. Her wand core was made from her Veela maternal grandmother’s hair. In 1994 she was selected in the triwizard tournament, and was dismayed to find out that Harry Potter, a “little boy” would be participating in it as well. She beat the first challenge by putting her dragon, the welsh green, into a sleeping trance, and thus got her golden egg. She was asked to the Yule Ball by Ron Weasley, however was not keen to go with him and thankfully he ran away before she had to decline him. She was hoping to go with Cedric Diggory, however he had already asked Cho so she selected Roger Davies, Ravenclaw Quidditch captain as her date. Although she figured out what the second task was, and performed a successful bubble-head charm, she was attacked by Grindylows and forced to quit. In last place entering the third challenge, she was stunned by Barty Crouch Jr/Moody, and was unable to find the Triwizard Cup.
In the summer of 1995 she got a desk job working for Gringotts, hoping to improve her english, and there she met Bill Weasley, who had recently gotten a job to assist the Order of the Phoenix. She went to stay with the Weasleys in the summer of 1996, however was much disliked by Ms. Weasley, who thought Bill deserved better, and Ginny, who not-so-lovingly referred to her as “Phlegm”. In 1997 at the battle of the astronomy tower, Bill was badly attacked by an untransformed Fenrir Greyback, and Fleur rushed to be with him, however was taken aback when Ms. Weasley thought she would no longer want to marry him. Fleur declared she was beautiful enough for the both of them, causing Ms Weasley to reconsider her prior feelings towards her, and accept her back into their family. On August 1st, she married Bill Weasley at a tent outside the Burrow.
